Hey all,
This has nothing to do with Clandestine except for our interest in watching the show!
Sue and I went to see the first weekend of the Ethnic Dance Festival on Sunday. This is maybe our 8th or 9th year attending now, and I am always blown away, inspired, and renewed in my love of dance. I can't recommend this festival enough. Lots of you probably know about this festival (I saw some familiar faces there! And heard some zagareets when Hahbi Ru performed!), but for those of you who don't, never fear--there are two more weekends left. And it's at the best venue--I adore the Palace of Fine Arts.
This year they've really stepped it up and have slick new programs and actual food (not just cookies!) at the snack bar.
For more info, check out the schedule at: www.worldartswest.org/main/ed...neup.asp
Also, if you can't afford to go to the show itself, the auditions held in January are a steal--$5 for a whole day of auditions. I love to go to both when my schedule allows.
Hugs,
Beth
