  It's in September! I started taking classes in late August, and Sue started in September. A year after that we were performing. So funny to think back to that time, when we were newbies--but I don't miss the "deer frozen in headlights" performing face I used to have.

    Wow.... it's going to take me a minute to put that in perspective..... so that means that my Adornments days were over ten years ago? Sigh.. It was just yesterday, no? I feel old!

      I just have to say that I was a VERY lucky girl to walk into a dance class and find not only something I love to do but an amazing and long lasting friendship as well!

    I wore baggy t-shirts and bike shorts for over a year. Every single original troupe member except two met in that very first semester of belly dance (one we met a year later and the other had been my best friend for years). And we've been together since.
    
    Congrats girlies on 10 fabulous years! And to 10 even more fabulous years.
