Yes, it's a voice from your past!
Peter, Alexandra (the former bump in the photo, now a bustling toddler), and I have been living a peaceful, slightly sleep-deprived existence down here in Clint Eastwood territory. However, we are now about to relocate permanently to Sydney, mostly to be closer to Peter's family. Where did you teach on your Australia trip? Do you have any recommendations about tribal-friendly dance teachers to look up in Sydney?
Miss you and Beth,
Elizabeth

Re: Hi, Sue! Question about your Australia trip
Thu, November 2, 2006 - 11:56 AMHey Elizabeth! It's nice to hear from you!!
Yes, you should absolutely look up the gals in Urban Turban. Their director is a lovely woman named Hilary and my old friend and student, Magali, now dances with them. They are located in Sydney (but I was only there for a couple days so I'd be hard pressed to tell you exactly where) and you can look them up on the web at www.urbanturbantribe.com. Hilary's co-director is a woman named Deb, who also teaches. She stayed with me briefly earlier this year...you should also check in with her!
I'm very jealous. I loved Sydney. It's a beautiful city in an amazing country. Hopefully I'll be out there again some day visiting and conducting workshops!

Re: Hi, Sue! Question about your Australia trip
Sun, November 5, 2006 - 11:59 PMHey there Sue
I was just thinking today of asking the magical question - when will we likely to see you back on our sunny shores? I know Alaine's off the air at the moment, so I hope you don't mind me asking...I teach tribal in Brisbane and am kicking myself every day for missing your Sydney workshops this year. I'm wondering if there's any chance we can persuade you to visit Qld this time...you'd be very welcome in tropical Cairns or Brissy if we could tempt you? If only I knew your weaknesses I'd be happy to appeal to them (or to any other Clandestine gals wanting to visit!!)
Warm Regards
Dee

Re: Hi, Sue! Question about your Australia trip
Fri, November 10, 2006 - 2:39 PMHi, Beth!
I've been enjoying your blogs. Our big move to Sydney is coming up soon now. We're thinking early February. We've discussed it so long, it's strange to have it be in the not-too-distant future at last!
Maybe you could accompany Sue on one of her teaching trips to Oz sometime...
Best,
Elizabeth
